Mentor Program

Become a Mentor

We need experienced volunteers to provide one-on-one guidance to our members when assistance is requested. Being a mentor is a deeply rewarding experience to have helped someone grow by listening to their career goals, assessing their status, and relating your real-world experience to help them. Your mentoring engagements are completely up to you and the assigned mentee, normally involving a combination of emails, texting, phone conversations, and the use of virtual software to establish some “face-to-face” time. We offer tools to assist in the pairing relationship or you can create and share your own.

The thank-you following your mentor pairing is well worth your time, but you also earn PDUs.  Most importantly, you truly add value helping one of our members reach their goals.

If you’d like more information about our mentoring program, please email [email protected], or contact any board member on our website. To complete a mentor application, log on to and search for “PMI Emerald Coast Chapter” then read about our “Become a Mentor” volunteer opportunity or download the application here.
