Job Title: PM Position for Divestiture (Posted 21 Apr 2023)

A manufacturing company is looking to staff a PM for a divestiture. This will be a contract position until Sept with possibility of extension. The resource will work directly with POC and interface with the C-Suite.

Candidate must have:

• M&A experience
• IT and business experience
• Great Coms skills and dealing with ambiguity
• Comfortable with C-Suite of BoD of a publicly traded company
• Starts ASAP, client interviews as soon as next week
• Willingness to contract for ~20 hours per week, 1099 preferred
• Manufacturing experience is a plus
• Willingness to travel up to 25%, travel expenses reimbursed (Note: travel may increase based on need)
