The demand continues to increase for government programs to rapidly develop and deliver new products as fast as possible. Many government program managers are transitioning their acquisition strategies from traditional waterfall (or predictive) processes to agile (or agile-like) processes. Several programs within the government are currently implementing the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) as the solution to formally transition to the agile culture. What could possibly go wrong? Mr. Cary will discuss his experiences specifically with implementing SAFe on government software products.
